So this morning I'm on my merry way around the stadium, doing my workout and stuff...then a mun just bahway me...lol...that's the best way 2 put it...telling me about the fat on my belly and if I do situps...I'm like no...and he's like well u need to...cuz u not breathing properly u have too much fat...as if i din no dat already...no need to rub it in:(:(....u check??....he made me change the way i ran up the steps 2!!...lol...but the man knew wut he wuz talking about ..when i finished my round..the man done take mat and all...and gave me the workout of my life!!!....sit ups and all kinna leg exercises.....1/4 way thru i realized how feb i wuz...*sigh*....so i guess wut i've been doin is just the tip of the iceberg....he told me 2 come 2morro..i'll go u know...even if it's a holiday...maybe if i do these killer exercises i might actually tone up my mid-section but i soooooo hate doing crunches-situps-pushups..I hate ab exercises IN GENERAL...but maybe if i have sumone 2 push me i might continue with it....but i still freaking out at the way he just approached me and started giving me orders and giving me dem hards tings 2 do!!
